- Will need to put the Mac into Diagnostic Mode to verify and photo the exact SN. You will also need a photo of: the Activation Lock screen, SN from diagnostics, SN from the case
- Take the photo on a table at full size of the device (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT). Photos must be of good quality, all SN / IMEI / Inscriptions must be visible
