1.3. Website currency: 1$ = 1 Credit. All services are paid using credits.
1.4. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the device or have full authorization to request our services.
1.5. We reserve the right to refuse service if fraudulent activity is suspected.

2. Ordering Process

2.1. Customers are responsible for providing correct details (IMEI, phone model, network, country, etc.).
2.2. Incorrect details will result in order failure and are not eligible for refund.
2.3. Please carefully review all information before making payment.
2.4. Payment is made using credits purchased on the website.

3. Refund Policy

We value our customers and refunds are provided only in specific cases:

✅ Refunds are granted if:

• The unlock code/service/activation cannot be delivered due to our error.
•  The service is officially unavailable or permanently rejected by the carrier/manufacturer.
  

❌ Refunds are NOT granted if:

• The customer provides incorrect details (wrong IMEI, wrong network, wrong phone model, etc.).
• The customer places a duplicate order.
• The service is delayed beyond the estimated time (delays may occur due to carrier/manufacturer issues).
• The customer changes their mind after the order is submitted.
• The device is already unlocked, blacklisted, or unsupported.
• Purchases of credits and activations are final and non-refundable.

4. Service Time & Delays

4.1. All delivery times are estimated.
4.2. Most orders are completed within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to carrier/manufacturer servers.
4.3. Delays do not qualify for refunds.

5. Successful Unlock Guarantee

5.1. A service is considered successful once we provide the unlock code, activation, or unlock confirmation.
5.2. If the customer is unable to complete the unlock process due to device issues (software errors, blacklisted status, carrier restrictions, etc.), no refund will be issued.

6. Liability

6.1. We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or issues that may occur during or after the unlocking process.
6.2. The customer accepts full responsibility for using services from multi-techserver.com.
